Scorpions Volleyball Club Announces 2026 Competitive Beach Programs

The Scorpions Beach Volleyball Club is celebrating 15 years of bringing beach volleyball to youth in Waterloo Region and beyond. As we mark this milestone, we're excited to announce details for our 2026 Competitive Duos and Fours programs for 11u-18u competitive and select players.

Competitive Duos Program

Since 2011, our Competitive Duos program has been developing skilled athletes through twice-weekly training sessions. Athletes compete in six Scorpions invitational tournaments plus Ontario Volleyball Association sanctioned events throughout the season.

Competitive Fours Program

The Scorpions were pioneers in launching youth Competitive Fours in Ontario, and the program has grown in popularity each year. Teams practice once weekly and compete in six Scorpions-hosted tournaments. We're thrilled to see other clubs now embracing competitive fours and hosting their own invitational events.

Registration Details

Registration opens February 9th, 2026 for current Scorpions Competitive and Select Indoor players. If spots remain available, registration will open to athletes outside the club on March 15th.

Expert Coaching Staff

Our experienced coaching team includes Tracy Liburd, Sena Suzuki, and Sam Loos. Sam also serves as an Ontario Provincial Beach Team Coach, bringing elite-level expertise to our programs.
