WireService.ca Press Release (01/22/2016) Cambridge, ON - The Scorpions Youth Volleyball Club indoor beach spring session will offer training for those wanting to play competitive beach volleyball. The program starts April 2nd, 2016.

The Scorpions Club will have approximately 500 players in their beach program this summer. The program consists of learn to play, house league, camps and competitive duos for boys and girls ages 9 to 21.

WHAT:  Thinking of playing competitive beach this season? Been playing competitive beach but what to improve your skills? This program is for you.

WHO: Boys and Girls - BORN 2001 - 2005

WHERE: At our Winter Indoor Sand Courts home at the SportsXcelerator Centre in Brantford - 101 Wayne Gretzky Parkway

WHEN: Saturday  mornings 10:00am-Noon April 2th - May 7th, 2016

HOW MUCH: Only $60.00

You DO NOT need a partner to be in this program.

The Scorpions Youth Volleyball Club announce the expansion of their summer beach Learn to Play and House League volleyball programs in Cambridge, ON for 2016.

WireService.ca Press Release - Cambridge, ON_ ( January 20th, 2016) The Scorpions Youth Volleyball Club are pleased to provide the details of their summer House League and Learn to Play Scorpions Beach Volleyball Programs.

The Scorpions Volleyball Club has now over 500 youth registered in their summer beach volleyball programs. They are pleased to announce one of the largest and most diverse beach volleyball programs in Canada.
The Expanded Beach House League and Learn to Play Beach Volleyball Program will consist of :

- New Learn to Play Programs for younger players born 2006-2008
- Youth House League Programs for those born 2005 - 1998
- New Post High School House League for those born 1994-1997
 
The cost is $95.00. All registered players receive a tanktop and house league players also receive entrance into two summer tournaments. The season runs from May 23rd to July 22nd 2016.
All games are played on sand courts in the Cambridge area.

We have added programs for younger and older ages this summer. The foundation of our summer beach program is our Learn to Play and House League programs. We strive to constantly improve them. "

Scorpions Beach Volleyball duo of Lauren Letoile & Sydney Hendershott travelled to Toronto to play in their first competitive indoor OVA Winter Beach volleyball tournament of the season since their provincials in August.

The 14U girls duo played up an age group in the 15U tournament. The finished tied for 3rd. Lost in the semis to the eventual gold medalists 21-19, 21-16.
They plan to enter at least two more tournaments on the Winter Beach Tour.
