Scorpions Competitive Beach Duos Program Gradual Start

The Scorpions Youth Volleyball Club will be start up their competitive beach duos program in an incremental way.

The Scorpions Youth Volleyball club has one of the largest youth beach volleyball programs in Canada. We are celebrating our 10th anniversary this summer.

All programs had been postponed until the provincial authorities allow gatherings for youth sports. The recent announcement by the Ontario government allows us to begin one element of our beach program in a small way: the competitive beach duos program.

We are developing protocols now to comply with provincial and ontario volleyball requirements.  We are getting our sand courts ready to go. We anticipate our program to begin by June 22nd, 2020.

Paul Langan, President Scorpions Youth Volleyball Club, " We look forward to giving youth a chance to play volleyball again outside in a safe and fun environment. Our return to play protocols will meet all provincial requirements. We will begin other parts of our beach program, such as our popular Summer Programs at Shade's Mills as authorities permit."
