The Scorpions Youth Volleyball Club is very proud to announce that beach partners Jenna Banz and Kayla Gallant from Cambridge, ON will be playing varsity NCAA Division 1 beach volleyball in 2017! Jenna will attend the University of Hawaii while Kayla heads to the University of Louisiana Monroe (ULM). Jenna and Kayla played with the Scorpions Club from 2011 to 2015. They both have received numerous competitive indoor and beach medals over the years. Jenna and Kayla both started with the club at the same time. Jenna currently attends St. Benedict Catholic Secondary School and Kayla attends Jacob Hespeler Secondary School, both in Cambridge, ON. Paul Langan, Founder of Scorpions Volleyball Club states, " Jenna has been a dominant player both at the club and secondary school level. She has worked extremely hard to get to the level she is at. I have no doubt she will have success playing at the University of Hawaii. Kayla is a genuine person. She is strong both athletically and academically. She leads by example and is a positive role model both on and off the court. The ULM Warhawks beach volleyball program has gained a valuable player. We wish them both the best of luck in the future"
