KAYLA GALLANT SIGNS WITH UNIVERSITY OF LOUISIANA MONROE TO PLAY BEACH VOLLEYBALL

Former Scorpions Indoor and Beach Volleyball player Kayla Gallant has signed with the University of Louisiana Monroe Warhawks to play beach volleyball NCAA Division 1.

WireService.ca Press Release (11/16/2016) Cambridge, ON - The Scorpions Youth Volleyball Club is very proud to announce that Kayla Gallant from Cambridge, ON will be playing varsity NCAA Division 1 beach volleyball at University of Louisiana Monroe (ULM) in fall 2017.

Kayla Gallant played with the Scorpions Club from 2011 to 2015. She received numerous competitive indoor and beach medals over the years. At one time all 4 of her siblings also played in the club.

Kayla currently attends Jacob Hespeler Secondary School in Cambridge, ON.

Paul Langan, Founder of Scorpions Volleyball Club states, " Kayla is a genuine person. She is strong both athletically and academically. She leads by example and is a positive role model both on and off the court. The ULM Warhawks beach volleyball program has gained a valuable player in the signing of Kayla Gallant."

After leaving the Scorpions club, Kayla received beach volleyball training from Paul Podstawka.
